Service Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 24 January 2024

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before booking any services with Georgia Alexander Hair ABN 38598408135. Your booking and payment constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Booking and Deposit:

All appointments must be booked in advance.
A quote will be sent to you detailing the services booked and the deposit to be paid to secure your service.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service cost is required to confirm your booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Services are only locked in once the deposit has been paid and received in full.

Payment:

After completion of the service and invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours detailing the actual works completed and the costs.
Payment for services rendered is due within 14 days of the completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Failure to pay within the specified time frame may result in additional charges or legal action.

Cancellations and Refunds:

The 20% deposit is non-refundable, except in cases where Georgia Alexander Hair cancels the appointment.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit cannot be refunded.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as illness or emergencies with no less than 24 hours notice, at the discretion of Georgia Alexander Hair.

Travel Fees:

A travel fee may apply for appointments outside of Georgia Alexander Hair's standard service area.
Travel fees will be communicated to the client prior to booking and will be included in the total cost of the service.

Scope of Services:

Georgia Alexander Hair will provide the agreed-upon services at the scheduled appointment time.
Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing before the appointment date.
Additional services requested on the day of the appointment will result in extra charges.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding location, services required, and any special requests.
Clients must disclose any known allergies or sensitivities to products prior to the appointment.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a suitable environment for the provision of services, including access to electricity and water if required.

Liability:

Georgia Alexander Hair will take all reasonable precautions to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Georgia Alexander Hair will not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the client's failure to disclose relevant information or follow aftercare instructions.

Consent for Photography:

By booking our services, clients consent to the use of photographs for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Georgia Alexander Hair reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
